SELECTION PROCESS
Selecting the best companies from each industry is a
difficult task. Our research narrows the selection to companies that have
demonstrated a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, professionalism,
superior customer service, and deserve the title of
'The Most
Reliable'™ or 'The Most
Affordable'™.
The companies in our
selection:
 Have
received superior satisfaction ratings from their clients
Have
been rated as a top business partner by their vendors
Have
been praised for their commitment to customer service
There are different qualification
parameters for each industry. We generally select no
more than 10 companies on a list, and have a 5-step
selection process.
Step 1
Research - Data from trade publications,
industry-leaders, and customers are used to narrow our
search criteria. The various forms of data are used to
help us isolate the top performers in a given industry.
Step 2
Contact Potential Candidates - Using
public and private data sources, we contact companies we
feel meet our criteria and should be considered for
inclusion. Candidates are asked to complete a questionnaire
for consideration. The questionnaire can be completed
verbally, or by
applying on our web site.
Step 3
Qualifications - Our research department
reviews all applications, verifies the information, and
performs extensive phone interviews with the candidates.
The information collected from the candidates is
confidential, and is never sold to third parties
Step 4
Verify References - We have a
proprietary rating system, whereby at least two
client references, and one vendor reference are contacted
and interviewed. The process tells us
a great deal about a candidate's character, which helps us understand
their level of professionalism, and verifies their
commitment to superior customer service.
Step 5
Final Selection - After verifying
information and analyzing all the data, our research
department meets to review the final scores and pick the
selections. While a technical scoring system is used,
we also consider the executives we interviewed and the
impressions they made on our team about their leadership
and company goals. After a decision has been reached, the
winners are notified.
